Drive to visit Kumbhalgarh Fort. It will take 02 hours to reach Kumbhalgarh by road from Udaipur.
10:30 Hrs.

Arrives Kumbhalgarh.

Later on enjoy sightseeing tour of the magnificent Kumbhalgarh Fort. Kumbhalgarh fort is huge. It was built by Mewar ruler Rana Kumbha in 15th Century, it took him 15 years and several attempts to complete it. It is listed as UNESCO world heritage site. It was regarded the most important fort of Mewar Kingdom after Chittorgarh. Rulers used to retreat this Fort during the time of danger or war against Mughals. Perched on high on a hill at 1100 meters with a 20 foot thick outer wall that stretches for 36 kilometers, which houses numerous temples, palaces, gardens etc. This wall is often called as the great wall of India. The most attractive features of the Kumbhalgarh fort are its seven fortified gates and enormous ramparts. Normally it takes half an hour to reach up to top from the parking area. Walk is pretty steep but it offers spectacular overlooking view after reaching to the top of the fort.

Drive to Ranakpur after finishing the sightseeing of Kumbhalgarh.

The Amber Fort is a popular tourist spot of Rajasthan. Known for its beautiful architecture, the combination of white marble and red sandstone makes the fort’s architecture exceptionally distinct, Built by Maharaja Man Singh in the 16th century, Amber Fort represents a blend between Hindu and Muslim architectures.

The construction of the fort began in 1592 by Man Singh I but was completed by his successor Jai Singh I. It was originally the old fort of the Kachhwala clan of AmberThe Amber Fort is situated on a hilltop and exhibits a rugged yet magnificent exterior. Tourists usually ride on an elephant to reach the fort. Within the complex are other beautiful architectures like the Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Diwan-e Aam, Diwan-e Khas and many temples.

Arrives Ranakpur. It takes an hour to reach Ranakpur from Kumbhalgarh. Upon arrival, visit the renowned Jain temples in time as it opens for non-Jains from 12 noon until 05 PM

Ranakpur is famous for superb and absolutely astonishing Jain temple complex near Udaipur. It is one of the five sacred Jain temples in India situated about 50 km from Kumbhalgarh. There is also a Hindu temple amongst the majority of Jain temples in the complex. The main temple is Adinath temple, also known as Chaumukha (four faced) Mandir in Hindi language due to the four faced image of Adinath enshrined face the four cardinal points. It is made out of white marble and built in 15th century. The most attractive features of the temple are 29 different rooms, 420 columns supporting 80 domes and staggering 1,444 pillars sculpted in white marble. Another significant temple in this complex is Sun temple and various smaller ones. Visitors are not allowed to bring any kind of leather items to the temple like shoes, belts, handbags etc. There is no entrance fee to this temple but pay for the camera.
