Just a brief comment on the trip you organized for us.

1) Everything went exactly as we had asked and you had planned – thank you. We also appreciate your extra effort to shorten the waiting time at Mumbai airport.

2) Drivers – Sing was very professional and pleasant. We always felt safe while he was driving. He gave us the impression, that he really wanted to render a service. Of course he did not forget to look after his own interest, but he did this in a nice way
– the 3 persons we had in the south were safe and polite drivers. Unfortunately we always felt like the object of potential exploitation (money), rather than a customer. This went as far as quite unpleasant discussions if this entrance fee was included in our contract, and did we want to do that, because it was not included. While the amounts in questions were petty, the atmosphere was tense most of the time. In some instances we paid our own entry for visits on the agenda !!
– in Tamil Nadu we had a small car first, which was very crowded, later they gave us a similar one like we had in Rajasthan

3) Hotels
With one exception (Jaipur) we were very happy with the accommodations

4) Overall service
We felt looked after by yourself all the time and we will certainly recommend you to our friends interested to visit India.
